How do I print my plans? Print the PDF or CAD files at a blueprinter in your area. Use these Pen Settings for CAD files.
Will my plans comply with my local codes? All plans are drawn to meet the 110 mph code requirements in the State of Florida. There are many different specific local codes throughout the U.S. which will need to be addressed by an engineer licensed in your state. We can provide engineering for many states including CO FL GA KY MD NY OH PA TX VA. Engineering includes structural review, notations, and a site plan. Contact us with your build location for pricing.

The Trenton is a 70’s Retro-Modern designed to provide the open feel of a loft residence, but with the privacy and outdoor experience of a single-family residence. The plan is open and bright with hardwood floors, glass walls, and multiple levels to provide subtle divisions between room functions. The kitchen features an under-counter refrigerator as manufactured by Perlick.
