A craftsman plan which combines the charm of early 1900’s architecture with the convenience of today’s styling. The multi-level interior provides charm and privacy for the secondary bedrooms. The living and dining are well defined, but open for casual entertaining. The kitchen and rear patio look onto the private pool area, with the garage beyond connected by a covered walk.

The exterior features sand finish stucco, cedar shakes, stucco tapered wainscot and wood railings.
