Aggressive Charleston detailing includes heavy cast-concrete quoining on the lower level on all elevations, wrought iron entry gate with gas lighting, & carriage garage doors. The second level is detailed using tapered round Doric columns, 10-pane divided-lite doors, operable shutters, & decorative railings. The third floor adds the strength of paneled parapet walls, roof-mounted paneled newell posts, turned balusters, and intermediate roof overhang with ogee support brackets.
