Can I build this plan multiple times? Yes. Although many designers limit you to one build, DanTyree.com lets you express yourself, and build an unlimited amount of times.

How do I print the CAD files? Through a local blueprinter, using these pen settings. Printing from the PDF file is much easier.

Will my plans meet the local codes where I am planning to build? All plans are drawn to meet the 110 mph code requirements in the State of Florida. There are many different specific local codes throughout the U.S. which will need to be addressed by a local engineer. An example would be the seismic requirements for a building to be constructed in an earthquake-prone location. The set of plans you purchase may need to be revised to meet location-specific requirements. In order to get a permit to build your home, you may also need a site plan showing where the house will be located on the property. We can provide site plans for an additional charge. Please contact us for specific pricing.

What about engineering? Most areas of the United States require a structural engineer to sign and seal the sets of drawings prior to permitting. Engineering for many states can be provided at an additional charge. Please contact us for specific pricing.

How much will my plan cost to build? Print this page, and talk to several builders in your construction area to get accurate estimates.

Crescent Sunrise
Plan 0013 | all oceanfront plans

The Crescent Sunrise. Bungalow style porch leads to the entry foyer. Inside the foyer, a modern freestanding steel stair leads to the upstairs loft/office. To the left of the foyer is the half-bath serving the downstairs guests. Beyond the foyer is the large living and dining area with pocketing sliding. These doors can be moved to store together out of the way and allow the ocean breezes to flow into the home. The generous kitchen is for entertaining, and allows guests to join into the meal preparation. Outside, the lanai continues using the same interior finishes and leads to the spa, deck, and beach walk. A curving stairs leads to the upstairs sun deck.

The modern steel stairs from below lead to the loft/office. Beyond the loft office is the master suite with sweeping views of the waterfront, and a pocketing slider similar to the downstairs living. A large walk-in closet and bath are to the left of the master suite. The master bath showcases a large jetted tub, toilet and bidet, double sinks, and all-glass shower with sun-deck access. The covered evening porch provides a haven to watch the sunrise.
