March 9 2010 - We have released a new way to buy house designs. You can purchase a PDF of any plan's design drawings for $200. The PDF includes scale drawings of the floor plans, exterior elevations, and unique detailing.

They can be used for presenting to a builder and are licensed for you to use as a reference for a local draftsman to draw up plans. Surprised? You should be.
