Contracts & Management - $5000

Dan Tyree (DT) will negotiate contracts with 17 publishers (several of these publishers require AIBD membership) , representing 23 unique websites.

- DT will need to know how many plans you intend to publish.

DT will create a custom website for publishers to download the artwork, specifications, photos, videos, etc. for your house plans.

DT will create a custom website for you to manage contracts, store final drawings in PDF and DWG formats, and store modification forms.

Content - $200 per plan

DT will create content for publishers, and add it to your custom publisher's download site.

- assign plan number to each design

- create artwork (floor plans, front elevations) from your CAD files, or scan and cleanup your hard drawn artwork.

- gather plan specifics from your house plans (square footage, roof pitch, width, height, depth, construction materials, description, etc.)

- organize and publish photos (if available)

- pricing chart (by size) for 8 sets, 5 sets, vellum, cad files, pdf files, study set

- RSS feed of plans. This will be done as a Custom Blog where you can announce new plans to your publishers.

Order Fulfillment - prep files at $300 per plan

Designer will do order fulfillment. DT will package the digital files in PDF and ZIP formats to distribution, and add to your management website.

DT will create PDF bundle, and add it to your management website.

DT will create DWG bundle, and add it to your management website.

You will print and ship through blueprinter.

You will provide tracking to publisher.

You will provide optional modifications.
