Building a new home or remodeling is a big step for you and those in your family. Your home is the most personal thing that you will ever purchase. The design of your home is critical and a well-designed home will give you many years of comfort and pleasure.

Dan Tyree provides all-inclusive design services for homeowners and builders. The construction process can be challenging, and there are many questions to be answered. Dan Tyree will coordinate details, incorporate your dream ideas, and document the design process for the creation or transformation of your home. Contact us for pricing.

Design: Working directly with client to complete a 3d computer model, and/or pen & ink design sketches of the floor plans, site plan, and exterior elevations. If remodeling, Dan will create drawings of the existing residence as a reference.

Web Archive: Starting during the design phase, Dan will setup a web page for you and your family and friends to download and view all design sketches, 3d models, etc. This page will be accessible throughout the design and construction process.

Construction Documents: Dan Tyree will create all the technical drawings needed by your builder and the city/county for permitting. The drawings typically include: Site plan, Floor plans, Elevations, Building sections, Wall sections, Roof plans, Foundation plans & details, Detailing, Lintel plans, Electrical plans, etc.

Engineering: Structural engineering for the State of Florida may be included in the drawing package if being built in Florida. Truss coordination is also included.

Printing: Dan Tyree provides 4 sets of final printed documents for permitting.

Changes during Construction: When remodeling, the builder usually encounters conditions in the existing residence which are unexpected. Dan Tyree works with the builder and structural engineer during construction to provide documentation to the governing municipalities [i.e. city, county, etc.] of any structural or code compliance changes. This gives the builder the flexibility to adjust construction techniques to best suit the site, and existing structural conditions.

Site Management: During construction, Dan Tyree can provide coordination and oversight of unique details, and/or structural assemblies to insure that the final product expresses the design intent, and the owner's wishes.

CAD Services

We provide AutoCAD services to our clients. Have your drawings created in CAD and delivered in print, DWG format, and PDF format. Contact us for pricing.
