Dan Tyree has been designing homes for what seems like several hundred years. Actually, Dan has been designing homes since 1990. The styling of these homes ranges from the historical styling of the Bungalow and Mediterranean to the warm minimalist atmosphere of the 50's Modern Revival.

The interiors of the homes reflect the same down-to-earth features which made the homes of 100 years ago so relaxing and intimate, while incorporating all the updated technology and convenience of today’s lifestyle. The combination of these features provides a home which is charming and visibly appealing.

Dan is a professional member of the American Institute of Building Design, Florida and Tennesse Societies, and has worked on projects in many yuppy Florida communities including: Downtown Orlando, Reunion, Sanibel Island, Amelia Island, City of Windermere, City of Winter Park, and many more.

He has also designed homes throughout the US and the Caribbean (see map below).

He strives to provide his clients with the most creative designs, and the highest quality construction documents. This quality has given his clients a greater comfort level with the construction process as a whole, and has started many good friendships.

Dan's ideals for living are expressed in writing at Front Porch Design Society.

Dan Tyree is married with six kids, and knows that your home creates the environment for your family life. He designs homes with simplicity, clean lines, obvious function, and connection to the outdoors. Dan believes in slowing down, sitting on the porch, taking time to talk to people, lingering over meals with family and friends, savoring each experience, and designs his homes to encourage these things.
