This design remodeled and expanded an existing home, and added another unit on the lot. Both units have new garages, and the style of the exterior was made more prominent by recreating the original 1920's bungalow detailing. Winner of 3 Aurora Awards and 1 Grand Aurora Award from the SouthEast Builder's Conference and featured in the 2008 Orlando Parade of Homes.
