During Hurricane Katrina, the existing house on this lot was destroyed. The owner is rebuilding using modern construction techniques, including foundation pilings, a post-tensioned concrete slab, and more. The house is being detailed with old brick and gas lanterns.

Both units have new garages, and the style of the exterior was made more prominent by recreating the original 1920's bungalow detailing. Winner of 3 Aurora Awards and 1 Grand Aurora Award from the SouthEast Builder's Conference and featured in the 2008 Orlando Parade of Homes.
